TO OUR AMAZING PATIENTS AND FRIENDS — July 7, 2020
Joslin Eye Center is seeing patients on a normal schedule.
We are taking the recommended precautions to ensure the health and safety of our patients, community and staff and have therefore implemented a now fairly standard protocol prior to entry into our facility:
1. Have you or a family member been out of the country in the last month?
2. Have you or a family member had contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19?
3. Have you traveled farther than 50 miles from your home in the last month?
4. Have you or a family member had any flu like symptoms in the last 2 weeks?
5. Do you or a family member have a fever?
If you answer “YES” to any of the above questions, please call (865) 577-2002, we will be happy to set up a telecommunications call for you to directly speak with a doctor in our office.
If you answer “NO” to all of the above questions, a doctor will be available to render treatment in our office.
As always, we are here for YOU, if you need us. If you have any questions about your specific situation, please feel free to call us at any time.
As of July 10th our county has mandated masks must be worn in all public buildings. We ask that you wear a mask upon entering our facility.
